We want you to be happy with your purchase, but due to high demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were ordered in error or because a customer changed their mind. We don't keep a stockpile of anything because everything is made to order.

If you do receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days of receipt by emailing buddy@newfoundland.com. Send us your order number, a short description of the problem, and some photos if you can.

Within the following 48 hours, we will respond to your email with next steps. It's possible that we'll need to collect the item and send it back to the maker in some cases. If the item is defective, we will either immediately replace it with a brand new one or give you a full refund to use toward the purchase of an alternative product.
