Just a quick note about returns. We do not offer refunds. We offer 14 days for exchange or store credit. Items must be returned with tags attached in unworn/undamaged condition.
We don't keep any extra inventory on hand because we are a print-on-demand business, and all of our products are made especially for you. Sadly, things that were ordered in error or that you changed your mind about cannot be returned or exchanged. On the other hand, if you receive a product that is different than what you ordered or that is faulty or damaged, we will be happy to help you by addressing the issue and making it right.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of getting the unsatisfactory item to explain the problem. Please include the order number, a short description of the problem, and a couple of photos.
Within 48 hours, we'll respond to your email with instructions on how to proceed. We may request that you return the item so that we can return it to the manufacturer. If so, we'll swap it out as soon as we can for a new one or give you a full credit toward a new item that is the same or similar.
We're proud to offer unique, one-of-a-kind products that help our environment. So if you get the wrong item or a damaged or defective one, then we are sincerely sorry for the trouble it might cause. We'll do everything we can to come up with a satisfactory resolution quickly.
