Well, me ol' trout, looks like yer curious 'bout Newfoundland.com! We don't blame ya - we're a pretty interestin' bunch, if we do say so ourselves. But don't worry, we're here to answer all yer questions and set ya straight. So sit back, grab a cuppa tea, and let's dive into the FAQs.

We can only take back items if they're damaged upon arrival. If that's the case, let us know within 7 days so we can arrange for a return or exchange.

It can take up to 2 1/2 weeks to get yer order, sometimes even longer if there's delays with manufacturin' or shippin'.

Not at this time, but we plan to soon!

Absolutely! We'll send ya a tracking number via email once yer order's been shipped. You can use that number to keep an eye on yer shipment.  Also, ya can try the “Track Your Package” link on our homepage.

Unfortunately, once you've placed yer order, we can't cancel or change it. So make sure ya double-check everythin' before you submit it.

Not at this time, but we plan to.  If you have a very large order, write us and we will discuss it wit ya.
