What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges for items ordered, as all of our products are made to order and we don't keep extra inventory on hand. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at buddy@newfoundland.com within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will work to find a satisfactory solution.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We plan to in the near future.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at buddy@newfoundland.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to make changes or cancel the order.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
